1959 Cadillac Taillights

How cool are those taillights? I'm a sucker for those atomic age lights. I photographed my muse for this painting at the now closed museum, Dick's Classic Car Garage. It was such a wonderful place to visit for the car lover, and especially for this chrome junkie artist. It broke my heart to hear that they closed. Truly a loss for I've also painted a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster from my visit there, and it is available from my studio.

Look for more classic Cadillacs in the future. I just can't get enough of those statement pieces in the bodywork.
