This painting along with the Crimson Volkswagen Beetle were created to participate in the Abend Gallery 5″x5″ annual exhibition. These two paintings were quite a challenge for me as I had never painted a vehicle on such a small surface. I am happy with how they both turned out, and look forward to creating a new 8″x10″ painting for their upcoming small paintings event.
